1. Scope
This policy covers the processing of personal information when you visit macsdk.com, use the MacSDK console, or rent a dedicated physical Mac. Visiting the website, creating an account, placing an order, managing a rental, and contacting support each involve different types of data. We process information only as needed for the relevant service, and don’t ask for information unrelated to browsing just because you visit a page.
Source code, build artifacts, model files, signing materials, and other project content on a rental node are your business data. Accessing this content is not a condition of providing the rental service, and we don’t use it for advertising, profiling, or model training. If troubleshooting requires a specific log, you choose which relevant excerpts to submit.
This policy explains how we process personal information and does not replace the rental term, delivery, or refund terms in your order. The governing law is the law of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is based. Any dispute resolved through legal proceedings will be handled by a court with jurisdiction in that same jurisdiction.
2. Information we collect
Account and order information includes your account email, necessary identity verification records, order number, selected model and node, rental period, amount due, payment status, and renewal history. We use this information to identify your account, provision the correct physical node, and let you review your orders and bills in the console.
Operational and security logs are limited to information needed to deliver the service and troubleshoot issues, such as node allocation and recovery events, initialization results, connection failures, request times, and necessary network source information. These records do not mean we access project files, and they are not used to continuously record your screen or business activities.
When you contact support, we process the ticket text, emails, screenshots, logs, and related order information you choose to provide. Before submitting, remove passwords, private keys, verification codes, complete signing materials, and unrelated personal information. We will never ask you to send your account password by email or ticket. If an error code is enough to diagnose an issue, there’s no need to submit your entire project.
3. Payment information
Services are billed in US dollars (USD). We accept USDT-TRC20 and Visa / Mastercard / Amex (via Stripe) only. Available payment gateways are shown at checkout. Payment processors carry out any required checks as part of their payment process and return the payment status and identifiers we need for reconciliation.
Stripe processes credit card payments; MacSDK does not store card numbers. To confirm payment, handle duplicate charges, or check refunds, we retain the payment status, amount, currency, and receipt or transaction identifier linked to the order—not complete credit card details.
For USDT-TRC20 payments, we retain only the transaction hash and receiving address needed for reconciliation, linked to the relevant order amount and payment status. On-chain transactions are publicly verifiable, and deleting account data cannot change transactions already recorded on the blockchain. For billing questions, provide your order number and transaction hash or Stripe receipt number. Never send wallet private keys.
4. How we use information
We use account and order information to verify logins, assign physical nodes, provide connection details, display rental periods, and manage renewals and recovery. Necessary service notifications include verification codes, payment results, node delivery updates, rental reminders, and security notices directly related to the service you’re using.
Payment and order records support billing reconciliation, investigation of payment issues, and resolution of billing disputes. Necessary operational logs help us identify initialization failures, connection issues, and abuse, so support can trace a problem to an order or node without asking you to submit all your information again.
We don’t sell personal information or use support tickets, project content, or payment records for ad targeting. If our processing changes materially, we’ll update this policy. If the new purpose requires separate consent by law, we’ll give you the relevant choice before starting that processing—not treat continued browsing as consent.
5. Data retention and deletion
After a rental ends and the node is recovered, its disk enters a secure erasure process, followed by further delivery checks. The node is reassigned only after erasure is complete. This is not a project backup service. Before your rental expires, export any build artifacts, code, or other files you need to keep, and remove any automation that needs to keep running.
Erasure starts as part of the actual recovery process; an order’s expiration time does not mean all erasure steps are already complete. We don’t promise an unverified fixed number of hours. To check the recovery or erasure status of an order, open a console ticket with the order number, and our support team will investigate and reply.
We retain account information for as long as needed to provide account services. Order, payment, and necessary security records are retained as needed for reconciliation, dispute resolution, and compliance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is based. We don’t invent a single retention period in this policy. If you request account closure or deletion, we’ll explain what can be deleted and which records must be retained, why, and for how long.
A deletion request does not mean all associated records are erased immediately. Records that must be retained will have their use and access restricted, and won’t be processed for purposes unrelated to retention. Troubleshooting attachments you submit are also handled on a need-to-keep basis; once an issue is resolved, you can request deletion of attachments no longer needed through the original ticket.
6. Sharing and third parties
We share information with payment processors and data center operators only as needed to deliver the service, process payments, and troubleshoot issues. Payment processors receive what they need to complete transactions. Data center operators receive what they need to locate physical nodes, provision service, or investigate infrastructure issues—not unrestricted access to your complete support tickets or business files.
We share only what is necessary, using order or node identifiers to investigate issues where possible and avoiding unrelated account details. Support staff should access only information needed for their responsibilities. Your business files don’t automatically become available for access or use simply because a node is located in a data center.
Data may be processed in different locations depending on the service involved. If you have compliance requirements about where an order’s data is processed or who needs to receive it, contact support@macsdk.com before ordering to ask about the specific scope. Where disclosure is required by law, we’ll verify the basis for the request and limit disclosure to what is necessary to meet it.
7. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies and similar local storage keep you signed in, support security checks, and save preferences you choose. Blocking all storage may prevent you from staying signed in or completing some order actions. Signing out and disabling visit analytics are separate actions; disabling analytics does not sign you out.
The website uses same-domain analytics to understand page visits and usage, and to assess content in aggregate. It is not used for cross-site ad tracking. Analytics is not a way to access business data on rental nodes, and we don’t include support ticket text, passwords, or project files in analytics events.
Use the button below to disable visit analytics in your current browser. This choice applies only to that browser. If you switch browsers, use a new browser profile, or clear site data, you’ll need to set your preference again. Necessary account and order processing is unaffected.

Disable visit analytics in this browser without affecting sign-in or rentals.
8. Your rights and contact
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account. You can also ask about the specific purposes for processing, necessary recipients, and the basis for retention. Email support@macsdk.comusing your account email, or sign in to the console and submit a ticket. Use either channel for business, technical, billing, or privacy matters.
To help us handle your request, specify the request type, account email, relevant order number, and the information you want to access or correct. Don’t send passwords, verification codes, private keys, or full card numbers. We’ll verify your identity in a way that matches the risk of the request. If you’re acting for someone else, we may need to confirm your authorization to prevent account information from being shared with someone who isn’t entitled to receive it.
Before processing your request, we’ll let you know if we need more information. If an open order, payment dispute, or applicable legal requirement means some records can’t be deleted right away, we’ll explain why and what is affected. Closing an account does not mean all data has been deleted. For questions about a rental disk, include the order number so we can distinguish account records from node recovery status.

We’ll provide an appropriate service notice about significant changes that affect how personal information is processed or how you can exercise your rights.
