1. Service Overview

MacSDK provides cloud Mac mini rentals across four locations: Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, and Hong Kong. Each rental is a dedicated physical machine, not a virtual machine; during your rental period, its CPU, GPU, and memory are not shared with other customers. Use the service for remote development, iOS builds, automation, and other computing tasks permitted by these terms.

We currently offer two configurations: SDK Pack 16 (M4 / 16GB / 256GB) and SDK Pack 24 (M4 / 24GB / 512GB). Both are available at all locations listed above. Additional storage and Thunderbolt 5 daisy chaining are optional order add-ons, not separate models. Check your order before paying for the confirmed configuration, prices, and options. Availability is based on the live status shown in the console.

Your rental includes an administrator account and remote access via SSH, screen sharing, and other supported methods. The full macOS desktop and command line are available. You are responsible for configuring your projects, build tools, and work environment, and for ensuring you have the right to use all software, certificates, data, and workloads. Your remote access experience may also depend on your network, connection route, and workload.

2. Accounts & Orders

Place orders through the configuration page. View orders, manage instances, check invoices, and submit tickets in the console after signing in. Before submitting an order, check the model, billing period, location, add-ons, USD amount, and contact email. You can check payment, node delivery, and rental period records in the console. A successful payment submission does not mean your node has been delivered.

Provide a valid email address that can receive service notifications. Keep your account password, verification codes, node password, and access keys secure, and do not share connection credentials with unauthorized people. If you notice an unfamiliar login, compromised credentials, or unauthorized activity, change the affected credentials promptly and notify our service team through a console ticket or support@macsdk.com .

You are responsible for actions taken using your account, orders you submit, and tasks run on your node. To verify account ownership or handle sensitive changes, our service team may ask for necessary information, such as an order number or billing record. Do not send account passwords, private keys, full payment card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email or ticket.

3. Billing & Payments

Choose a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly billing period. All charges are in US dollars (USD). The daily rate for SDK Pack 16 is $19.6, and the daily rate for SDK Pack 24 is $40.3. See the rental plans page for full-period and add-on prices. Review the order details displayed before payment to confirm your purchase. Price updates do not change the agreed amount on orders already paid.

We accept USDT-TRC20 and Visa / Mastercard / Amex (via Stripe) only. Available payment gateways are subject to the response from our backend. For USDT-TRC20, verify the receiving network, address, and amount due. For card payments, complete any verification required on the payment page. Service delivery begins once our system confirms successful payment. Do not treat a pending payment or network confirmation as successful.

Base rentals have no setup fee or hidden bandwidth charges. Any selected SSD or Thunderbolt 5 daisy-chaining add-ons will be listed separately on your order. Rentals do not renew automatically. A longer billing period may be more suitable than successive daily rentals, so compare options before ordering. A paid period will not automatically be recalculated to another period just because you used the machine for less time.

4. Rental Period, Renewal & Expiry

The minimum rental period is 1 day. Refer to your order in the console for the start and end dates, expiry time, and renewal status, and check the time zone shown. Follow the delivery status while your node is being assigned and set up; do not estimate your expiry time from advertised delivery estimates.

To keep using your machine, renew manually in the console before it expires and confirm that payment is complete. The renewal status shown in the console is authoritative; a pending payment does not extend your rental period. To change your model, location, or billing period, submit a ticket first to confirm how the change can be handled. Changes are not guaranteed to retain your original machine or migrate your existing environment automatically.

When your rental expires, the machine will be reclaimed and its disks securely erased. Before expiry, export build artifacts, repository changes, and necessary configuration; revoke runner registrations, access tokens, and temporary permissions; and verify that your backups work. Data erased from a node cannot be recovered from a backup held by us. A renewal request or dispute does not pause reclamation.

5. Refunds

To cancel a paid order that has not yet been delivered, submit a console ticket as soon as possible with your order number and reason for cancellation. Our service team will check the payment status, whether a node has been assigned, and whether it is ready for use before confirming cancellation and refund handling. If your order status is still updating, do not pay for the same order again.

If a delivered node cannot be reached, has a hardware issue, or does not match the order configuration, provide the time of the incident, node details, error messages, and any necessary redacted logs. Once our service team confirms a delivery or service fault, it will propose a remedy based on the scope of the issue, actual downtime, and usage to date. Options may include repair, a replacement node, a rental period adjustment, or a refund. The agreed plan will be recorded in your ticket.

Issues with your own project configuration, software compatibility, user error, or not using the machine do not automatically qualify for a full refund. You can still submit a ticket explaining the circumstances. Refund eligibility, amount, whether the original payment method can be refunded, and any required documents depend on our review and the resolution confirmed by both parties. Processing times depend on payment providers and network processing; submitting a request does not guarantee a specific arrival date.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use the service for mining, sending spam, attacks or unauthorized scanning, distributing malware, stealing credentials, infringing intellectual property, or any activity that violates applicable law. Security testing requires clear authorization and must not disrupt other systems, networks, or third parties.

You are responsible for obtaining and complying with licenses for software, development tools, models, assets, and other business materials you install beyond the operating system. Keep signing certificates and keys secure. Do not use a rental node to circumvent software license restrictions or send our service team source code, personal information, or confidential materials you are not authorized to disclose.

If we detect suspected misuse, a compromised account, or activity that threatens the service or third-party security, MacSDK may, as necessary, restrict access, suspend affected services, and ask you to cooperate with an investigation. Any action will be proportionate to the risk. You can submit an explanation and proof of authorization through a ticket. We will handle necessary records and related requests concerning unlawful activity in accordance with applicable law.

7. Availability & Incident Handling

All nodes operate year-round, 365 days a year. Our service team works to address hardware, system, and connection issues. This year-round service does not guarantee uninterrupted access to your network, external dependencies, or workloads. Estimated delivery times and build durations are not guaranteed completion times for individual orders.

If an issue occurs, note the time, connection method, node, and order number, then submit a console ticket. Our service team will determine whether the issue involves the node, the network, or your environment and, after investigation, take steps such as restoring access, troubleshooting the system, or replacing the physical node. The replacement configuration, delivery progress, and handling of the original node will be explained in the ticket.

A replacement node does not mean data on the original disk can be migrated or restored. Keep your own external backups up to date. If a reinstall, erasure, or other data-affecting action is needed, confirm its scope through the ticket and cooperate accordingly. Interruptions caused by force majeure, your actions, your network, or third-party dependencies will be handled based on the actual cause. Confirmed service faults are handled under Section 5.

8. Liability, Changes & Disputes

MacSDK will provide the rental service specified in your confirmed order and handle delivery and verified service faults appropriately. You are responsible for managing access permissions, keeping backups, and verifying build results and business outputs. Each party's liability will be determined based on applicable law, actual fault, causation, and verifiable losses. These terms do not exclude liability or user rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Updates to these terms will be published on this page. We will provide necessary notice of material changes affecting account use, billing, or important user rights through your account email or the console, and explain when the changes apply. Updates to this page will not retroactively change the configuration, amount, or rental period of confirmed orders. Account and order data are handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator of this platform is based. First, submit disputes through a console ticket or email support@macsdk.com with your order number, a description of what happened, and the outcome you are seeking. If the dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, it will be submitted to a court with jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.
